In 2014, 284 persons were convicted under Article 286 part 1 as the primary offence. 85 of them (29.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 28 (9.9%) got prison sentences. 14 persons acquitted. Cases involving 81 persons were terminated. 152 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 2 as the primary offence 72 persons were convicted. 32 of them (44.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 7 (9.7%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6 persons were terminated. 3 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 3 as the primary offence 961 persons were convicted. 438 of them (45.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 161 (16.8%) got prison sentences. 34 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6 persons were terminated. 29 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
