Under Article 286 part 3 as the primary offence 989 persons were convicted. 444 of them (44.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 172 (17.4%) got prison sentences. 24 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6 persons were terminated. 40 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
