In 2018, 331 persons were convicted under Article 286 part 1 as the primary offence. 92 of them (27.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 32 (9.7%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 217 persons were terminated. 195 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 2 as the primary offence 90 persons were convicted. 47 of them (52.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 4 (4.4%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6 persons were terminated. 13 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 3 as the primary offence 711 persons were convicted. 325 of them (45.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 159 (22.4%) got prison sentences. 24 persons acquitted. Cases involving 9 persons were terminated. 55 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
