In 2019, 346 persons were convicted under Article 286 part 1 as the primary offence. 109 of them (31.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 42 (12.1%) got prison sentences. 12 persons acquitted. Cases involving 235 persons were terminated. 208 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 2 as the primary offence 87 persons were convicted. 38 of them (43.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 12 (13.8%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 4 persons were terminated. 11 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 3 as the primary offence 626 persons were convicted. 292 of them (46.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 146 (23.3%) got prison sentences. 30 persons acquitted. Cases involving 7 persons were terminated. 44 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
