In 2020, 266 persons were convicted under Article 286 part 1 as the primary offence. 86 of them (32.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 38 (14.3%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 225 persons were terminated. 157 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 2 as the primary offence 54 persons were convicted. 22 of them (40.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 4 (7.4%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 6 persons were terminated. 8 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 286 part 3 as the primary offence 503 persons were convicted. 213 of them (42.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 104 (20.7%) got prison sentences. 11 persons acquitted. Cases involving 8 persons were terminated. 26 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
