Under Article 290 part 4 as the primary offence 205 persons were convicted. 49 of them (23.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 155 (75.6%) got prison sentences. 21 persons acquitted. Cases involving 4 persons were terminated. 1 person was convicted for the additional offence.
