Under Article 291 part 2 as the primary offence 3191 persons were convicted. 1850 of them (58%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 297 (9.3%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 5 persons were terminated. 112 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
