In 2010, 453 persons were convicted under Article 291 part 1 as the primary offence. 144 of them (31.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 33 (7.3%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 19 persons were terminated. 18 persons were convicted for the additional offence.

Under Article 291 part 2 as the primary offence 2907 persons were convicted. 1566 of them (53.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 294 (10.1%) got prison sentences. 12 persons acquitted. Cases involving 20 persons were terminated. 48 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
