In 2009, 561 persons were convicted under Article 292 part 1 as the primary offence. 175 of them (31.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 14 (2.5%) got prison sentences. 16 persons acquitted. Cases involving 190 persons were terminated. 1515 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 292 part 2 as the primary offence 82 persons were convicted. 65 of them (79.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another person (1.2%) got a prison sentence. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 11 persons were terminated. 149 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
