In 2010, 604 persons were convicted under Article 292 part 1 as the primary offence. 150 of them (24.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 5 (0.8%) got prison sentences. 8 persons acquitted. Cases involving 232 persons were terminated. 691 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 292 part 2 as the primary offence 158 persons were convicted. 102 of them (64.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 9 (5.7%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 28 persons were terminated. 165 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
