In 2011, 492 persons were convicted under Article 292 part 1 as the primary offence. 107 of them (21.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 0 (0%) got prison sentences. 18 persons acquitted. Cases involving 220 persons were terminated. 646 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 292 part 2 as the primary offence 201 persons were convicted. 135 of them (67.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 4 (2%) got prison sentences. 12 persons acquitted. Cases involving 34 persons were terminated. 143 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
