In 2013, 437 persons were convicted under Article 292 part 1 as the primary offence. 12 of them (2.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another person (0.2%) got a prison sentence. 10 persons acquitted. Cases involving 185 persons were terminated. 544 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 292 part 2 as the primary offence 150 persons were convicted. 79 of them (52.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 4 (2.7%) got prison sentences. 5 persons acquitted. Cases involving 24 persons were terminated. 147 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
