In 2019, 154 persons were convicted under Article 292 part 1 as the primary offence. 2 of them (1.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another person (0.6%) got a prison sentence. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 325 persons were terminated. 247 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 292 part 2 as the primary offence 103 persons were convicted. 53 of them (51.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 4 (3.9%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 67 persons were terminated. 148 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
