In 2010, 2458 persons were convicted under Article 306 part 1 as the primary offence. 586 of them (23.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 116 (4.7%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 377 persons were terminated. 157 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 306 part 2 as the primary offence 620 persons were convicted. 475 of them (76.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 62 (10%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 111 persons were terminated. 40 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 306 part 3 as the primary offence 94 persons were convicted. 72 of them (76.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 21 (22.3%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1 person were terminated. 17 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
