In 2015, 2419 persons were convicted under Article 306 part 1 as the primary offence. 125 of them (5.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 90 (3.7%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Under Article 306 part 2 as the primary offence 387 persons were convicted. 57 of them (14.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 26 (6.7%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 110 persons were terminated. 34 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 306 part 3 as the primary offence 93 persons were convicted. 38 of them (40.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 15 (16.1%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 2 persons were terminated. 11 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
