In 2012, 956 persons were convicted under Article 312 part 1 as the primary offence. 95 of them (9.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 19 (2%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 86 persons were terminated. 25 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 312 part 2 as the primary offence 11 persons were convicted. 6 of them (54.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 2 (18.2%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 3 persons were terminated. 0 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
