In 2010, 6008 persons were convicted under Article 318 part 1 as the primary offence. 2958 of them (49.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1124 (18.7%) got prison sentences. 10 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1001 persons were terminated. 254 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 318 part 2 as the primary offence 940 persons were convicted. 571 of them (60.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 356 (37.9%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 44 persons were terminated. 13 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
