In 2011, 5817 persons were convicted under Article 318 part 1 as the primary offence. 2920 of them (50.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 941 (16.2%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 828 persons were terminated. 249 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 318 part 2 as the primary offence 966 persons were convicted. 591 of them (61.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 361 (37.4%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 36 persons were terminated. 26 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
