In 2012, 5453 persons were convicted under Article 318 part 1 as the primary offence. 2494 of them (45.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 871 (16%) got prison sentences. 7 persons acquitted. Cases involving 717 persons were terminated. 210 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 318 part 2 as the primary offence 861 persons were convicted. 535 of them (62.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 317 (36.8%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 37 persons were terminated. 23 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
