In 2013, 5916 persons were convicted under Article 318 part 1 as the primary offence. 2572 of them (43.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1083 (18.3%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 635 persons were terminated. 260 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 318 part 2 as the primary offence 893 persons were convicted. 518 of them (58%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 363 (40.6%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 40 persons were terminated. 27 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
