In 2014, 6685 persons were convicted under Article 318 part 1 as the primary offence. 3006 of them (45%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1286 (19.2%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 700 persons were terminated. 335 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 318 part 2 as the primary offence 966 persons were convicted. 514 of them (53.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 439 (45.4%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 47 persons were terminated. 34 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
