In 2015, 7226 persons were convicted under Article 318 part 1 as the primary offence. 3319 of them (45.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1352 (18.7%) got prison sentences. 2 persons acquitted. Cases involving 641 persons were terminated. 305 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 318 part 2 as the primary offence 1004 persons were convicted. 497 of them (49.5%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 499 (49.7%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 53 persons were terminated. 24 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
