In 2017, 6333 persons were convicted under Article 318 part 1 as the primary offence. 2895 of them (45.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1285 (20.3%) got prison sentences. 9 persons acquitted. Cases involving 834 persons were terminated. 272 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 318 part 2 as the primary offence 825 persons were convicted. 405 of them (49.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 406 (49.2%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 45 persons were terminated. 31 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
