In 2018, 5960 persons were convicted under Article 318 part 1 as the primary offence. 2644 of them (44.4%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1211 (20.3%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1030 persons were terminated. 269 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 318 part 2 as the primary offence 735 persons were convicted. 366 of them (49.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 361 (49.1%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 51 persons were terminated. 41 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
