In 2009, 1174 persons were convicted under Article 322 part 1 as the primary offence. 106 of them (9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 522 (44.5%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 24 persons were terminated. 273 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 322 part 2 as the primary offence 430 persons were convicted. 107 of them (24.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 306 (71.2%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1 person were terminated. 38 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
