In 2020, 5349 persons were convicted under Article 112 part 1 as the primary offence. 1246 of them (23.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 899 (16.8%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 5575 persons were terminated. 479 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 112 part 2 as the primary offence 2497 persons were convicted. 1650 of them (66.1%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 728 (29.2%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 1606 persons were terminated. 236 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
