Under Article 167 part 2 as the primary offence 1423 persons were convicted. 876 of them (61.6%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 482 (33.9%) got prison sentences. 3 persons acquitted. Cases involving 856 persons were terminated. 428 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
