In 2020, 3299 persons were convicted under Article 264 part 1 as the primary offence. 142 of them (4.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 62 (1.9%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Under Article 264 part 3 as the primary offence 1924 persons were convicted. 1024 of them (53.2%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 876 (45.5%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1007 persons were terminated. 1 person was convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 264 part 4 as the primary offence 869 persons were convicted. 111 of them (12.8%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 757 (87.1%) got prison sentences. 1 person acquitted. Cases involving 30 persons were terminated. 3 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
