In 2019, 5738 persons were convicted under Article 318 part 1 as the primary offence. 2507 of them (43.7%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1165 (20.3%) got prison sentences. 6 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1286 persons were terminated. 267 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 318 part 2 as the primary offence 632 persons were convicted. 316 of them (50%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 310 (49.1%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 61 persons were terminated. 21 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
