In 2020, 5687 persons were convicted under Article 318 part 1 as the primary offence. 2495 of them (43.9%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 1143 (20.1%) got prison sentences. 4 persons acquitted. Cases involving 1312 persons were terminated. 237 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
Under Article 318 part 2 as the primary offence 600 persons were convicted. 302 of them (50.3%) were sentenced to a suspended imprisonment, another 285 (47.5%) got prison sentences. 0 persons acquitted. Cases involving 44 persons were terminated. 29 persons were convicted for the additional offence.
